The Modern Architect is a multi disciplinary design, supervision and construction management consultancy practice based on Bahrain and offering its professional service in the Kingdom Of Bahrainand throughout the Arabian Gulf.

The company employs full time professionals and technical personnel in planing, architecture, engineering and construction management, plus the necessary technicians and office management personal for the design and construction team.

The Task 
  • To Act as an independent consultant to Client with full services.
  • To contribute and emphasize the local traditional architecture in design philosophy to combine traditional design elements and modern construction technique. 
  • To look ahead and advice the client of potential future developments.
  •  To prepare feasibility studies for all types of commercial and Government projects.
  • To arbitrate for the courts as an independent consultents.

The firm has developed its range of services to all aspects of building design. These services compliment the architectural, civil, mechanical and electrial design work of the practice and can provide the client with acomprehensive design service to suit his need on large or small projects.

The practice is mainly engaged by client's to provide the normal architectural service. This normal service organised on a plan of work basis. So that the client is able to contribute to the statement of building requirements forming the design brief. This method of work ensures control and co-ordination of the design team which includes the work of the engineering consultents and quality surveyors.
In addition, the client can engage the practice for the partial service to suit his particular needs. Thus, on any project following services are avilable requested
